This was found out when three children who coincidentally came out to urinate in a gutter, around 6:25am earlier that day.
People rush to catch a glimpse at the scene coupled with the rains of insults and curses on the unknown mother which became the order of the day.
More over ,the location and the cause of this sanity has not been verified
